I’m just spitballin’ here so forgive me but if Jussmanovich paid them the money for “ personal training” as he’s alleging , what was the need for Dikembe and Akeem to purchase the rope, bleach, ( which both ended up on Jussie somehow ) ski masks , etc ? 3rd world muscle building techniques ?
He paid them $100 cash for the supplies, but because the check said for personal training in the memo section it means this is now a murky case now according to some (one).
I already provided a reason why it might be murky. You can either address it (you haven't) or not. I have not mentioned one thing related to the memo section. If you think that providing one statement to police and another to the grand jury isn't a problem then you're a bigger idiot than first anticipated. I say this knowing that it would difficult for you to pull off but not impossible. Continue to lie about the damn check memo. Its sort of what you always do anyway.
Your constant disregarding and dismissing of facts isn't making this a "better place" by the way.
I'm trying to figure out your theory of how this actually played out. Are you suggesting that he was coincidentally attacked by his personal trainers who screamed "MAGA!" at him in Nigerian accents and he thought it was two white guys?
I think he is lying about not coordinating the attack. The MAGA stuff is incidental and for some reason people continue to focus on that. It may or may not have been. That's hearsay evidence anyway. Guys in Ski Masks you may or may not have been able to id them. At this point we know who attacked him. Now you determine whether it was staged or not. I think it was staged but there are some things that don't add up.
1. Why would Jussie positively ID the guys if he already knew their identification?
2. One report says that the plan was hatched on Jan. 25. The check was dated for Jan 23 which sort of backs up the Personal Training angle.
3. Why would the two brothers provide conflicting statements regarding purpose of check?
What works against Ol Jussie is the fact that it would be difficult for the two guys to know where to find him in order to carry out the attack. No way they could have known that he would be ordering Subway at 2. A.M. on a cold ass night unless he told them.
Also no way that they would be carrying the items that they were carrying just to be carrying them.
Lastly why would they attack a guy that was potentially a cash cow for them? They seem as though they were in need of money. Why would they screw that up?
THere are other things such as the text messages and stuff, but these are some of the things that immediately jump out for me.
Jussie doesn’t strike me as being the sharpest knife in the marquee so I’m guessing he ID’d them thinking there’s no way the cops could trace those guys all the way back to him like they did so he saw no harm in saying “ yeah that’s them “ . As for everything else, they convicted Drew Petersen on a hell of a lot less circumstantial and hearsay evidence and this is without knowing just what the feds have about the letter being traced to him. Johnson said today there’s a lot more that they have on this that they haven’t released yet so I’m working under the supposition that the cops aren’t total buffoons on this .
