If you have a family history of colon cancer or even adenomatous polyps than 40 years old is the time to schedule your colonoscopy. New guidelines that are coming out have reduced the age for a baseline colonoscopy screening from 55 to 45 for those even without a family history.

Schedule one. Takes 30 minutes tops if your colon isn't torturous. Yes that's a real descriptor. A few biopsy done throughout and probably some polyp removal.

The prep sucks, even the new 2 stage stuff but it's a very small price to pay. Just take it and follow instructions, don't eat and drink anything. They'll know and it will make it harder to see the muscosa.

I didn't even know anything happened and it was over. The prep did suck.

Poor old SomeGuy has a polyp in the duodenum! It's benign, but--ooh--still a bastard.

What's not to like about the prep? All the clear Gatorade and lemon jello you want! /s

I remember back in the day when Italian baby laxative was the go to cut for cocaine.

Color, texture when chopped, weight vs volume was outstanding for a gram cut. Could sell 7/8ths as a gram all night.

Yes it does.
IIRC, it involved drinking an ultra salty enema concoction and then followed up with something else that I can only describe as tasting like nuclear waste/ It's been a few years, I should probably schedule a follow up.

My most recent was easy. The clean out too was minus that gallon of yuck. My hardest thing was hunger.

I had 3 polyps removed this morning. I’m 27. Was experiencing occasional bleeding on the toilet paper for the last month or two. Dad had colon cancer at 55.

From what I’ve read, there’s been a rise in colon issues with younger people and we don’t know why yet.

Nardi and Jbills going at it in the "Three Billboards Outside of Ebbings MO" thread seems surreal enough to warrant mention.

Well there's movies that are intellectually stimulating and there's movies where you just mentally jack off.

That's because your wheelhouse for movies is anything with Kevin James or Adam Sandler

I'd be surprised that when you turn 50 that you still enjoy dudes turning into boulders and chicks that shoot fire, all in the cause to save humanity. Then I'd be worried.
