I'm not the least bit worried. You will be disappearing again like you've done when it came to Thibs and Lebron. Kyrie too.
Remember when you were chest thumping about Doc and Gentry being terrible coaches? Only to vanish once it was obvious you looked foolish?
I never disappear from anything. Always up front about conceding an argument:
I don't recall I said doc was terrible. I most likely said he was overrated. I also said he was unprofessional for targeting and then acquiring his son in a trade. That's a conflict of interest he should have recognized but failed to do so. I think you agreed with me on this point.
I said Gentry would be fired either this year or last. Either way I missed on that one. But he's mediocre and nothing special - not backing down from that one.
I'm actually right on Kyrie on multiple fronts. I said he'd never win a finals as an alpha. Check. He hasn't even made one since leaving LBJ. I said he's a little bitch for failing to see how good he had it with LBJ. He admitted as much during a much publicized interview this year that vindicated everything I've ever said about him. I should get credit for that actually. Check.
I said Thibs was a first class coach. Never vouched for him as GM. Failed GM yes but again I never argued otherwise. Not backing down from the coach thing.
Not sure what you mean about LBJ.
Doc Rivers is light years ahead of Thibs as a coach. You're still living off of what Thibs did nearly a decade ago.
In all likelihood we may never see Thibs coach another game as a professional coach. You thought it "laughable" that I thought he was better than Thibs. You thought it laughable that I thought he was a top 5 coach.
It isn't just that you disagree. It's the out of hand dismissals. Goes a lot further than thinking he is overrated. You thought it dumb to even broach the subject.
As far as Kyrie goes the jury is out. I don't blame him for everything that went wrong with that team. There are a lot more problems than just him. Maybe he isn't a No.1 but so what? A lot of guys aren't and if he was so wrong about leaving then why is it that guys are essentially taking the same road as he did in refusing to play with Lebron?
Also you never ever considered the fact that Lebron was leaving in a year and Kyrie didn't want to be left with a roster of aging players that was constructed solely for Lebron.
Also if Kyrie seriously believed that he made a mistake in leaving Lebron then why won't he correct it and try and resign with Lebron?
Also you repeatedly stated that Kyrie isn't shit without Lebron. Ok which roster and org is in better shape currently? Lakers or Boston? Check.
