The Bears have improved offensively. They have RBs that fit their system, more experience with the system, better health and an improved quarterback.

Defensively, they have some questions in their secondary and a new coach, but they also have all pro talent at every level.

The Bears are objectively a better football team. Most experts are basing their Packers predictions on Rodgers being healthy and playing like he did 3 years ago.

The Bears also had questions in their secondary going into last season.

You have no idea if they have an improved QB and better health on offense yet.

There's no "objective" reason to think they are a better football team. They lost their DC and Amos, replaced them with subpar options, and put an unproven rookie and career backup in to replace Howard. Also, judging by historical trends, their defense is likely to create significantly less turnovers this season and they are likely to have more starters land on the injured list than last season.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky was a better QB at the end of the season than he was at the start. That's indisputable.

The defense dealt with plenty of injuries to key players last year and the offense did as well. Amos is more than replaceable and our all pro safety will likely improve as will our stud rookie linebacker.

Look forward to a 3rd straight losing season.

That link means nothing beyond the players who were questionable and even then it may mean very little because of the way teams report injuries. For example the Patriots are always working the system to gain an edge.

No it means the Bears had a lot of injury luck and are very likely to regress in that department.

Let’s setup some appointments, I’m willing to tutor you on this stuff for a fee.

It doesn't mean that. It doesn't show the players listed doubtful or out. It essentially shows that the Bears didn't really game the system by designating players "questionable" when they weren't. They ranked near the middle of the league for players who were designated questionable and played.

The Bears had all pro and important players miss games. The Packers had washed up players or role players miss time.

No, we can’t compare football thoughts between us. Mine aren’t ridiculous brain aneurysms produced by emotionaly charged reactions to win arguments on the internet like yours.

I don’t mind that you post here, on the contrary, I’m just pointing out that my posts are placed in the appropriate section in accordance to my fandom. While yours, well..

Yeah like when you said Floyd was a bust and when I said he was a good player and when I was proven right?

Humorous that you’re doubling down on being wrong on Amos also

You were also against the Nagy hire

Sweep. Bust out the broom my friend. I think we split with the Queens this year tho.. I think they’re the real 2nd best team in the division and have a bounce back year.

I don’t recall being against the Nagy hire. Skeptical and putting the jury out maybe, but that’s not the same.

Similar to my concerns with Pagano as the new D coordinator. I don’t dislike the hire at all, but I’m skeptical due to his only success coming from a defense he did not build and develop.

Now if I were reacting emotionally, like you, I’d have much different reactions to these things.

What he is today or tomorrow is irrelevant to what FF said that I’m calling out -2 seasons ago he said Floyd was ‘already great’.

Now either FF doesn’t understand what the word great signifies, or he has a very different definition of the word than the rest of us.

I think he’s ok, good enough to start. His speed/quickness gives him very good blitz potential but that hasn’t panned out yet.

Neither of those things are factual.

It’s also a fact you react emotionally in these discussions rather than logically.

Keep trying.

You’re also wrong about me calling Floyd a bust. I corrected you last year on this too when I quoted the post and thread in question -I said it was too early at that time to call him a bust, you were arguing with others about him being a bust and called him ‘already a great player’ -that’s when I started in on you.

And that remains a terrible football thought on your end for that time. Which is a fact.

Let us know how many more examples of ‘facts’ you need in case there’s still confusion on your end. Happy to help.

Amos is one of the best safeties in the league. You’ll notice that this year with Haha in his place, even despite your lack of functional football knowledge.

More lies. Sad.
