1. Players Walk Single File in the hallway. No running.

2. After practice detention from 5pm-11pm

3. No eye contact with coaches and front office employees.

4. Club Dub replaced by Irish Bagpipes.

5. No sitting. EVER.

Add in two or three trips to the bathroom each night, team dinners at 4:30 and no running in the approved no skid Skechers at Halas Hall.

And Polident on demand.

I'd love that to happen. It'd be fun to watch what his impact on Nagy would be?

Gosh. If you're in the market for GMs, then you should hire Aikman, right?

The bonus is he could help you fix what's wrong with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky.

If they're interested in hiring shitty broadcasters, why not just hire Dan Fouts?

You were a big Matt Millen fan, weren't you?

That's not even true, the top FOX NFL color commentator a shitty broadcaster.

He's in the position because he's good. Having three superbowl rings doesn't hurt. Aikman has expressed interest in a GM job.

Once you stop being dishonest with yourself, then your arguments might have a chance of being something more than clownish.

Jesus christ, Aikman is terrible. He's painful to listen to. The CTE has set in. He was good...like 10 years ago. His brain is currently swiss cheese. He's in the position he's in because Fox Sports likes the name recognition. He isn't even the best analyst on his own network.

SI ranked Buck and Aikman best last year among the broadcasters.

It'd be the single most satisfying day of my football life to see the miserable look on Matt Nagys face as he calls run play after run play because he's been ORDERED to.

It'd become a viral GIF.

Aikman's actually quite bright and articulate. I usually look forward to the games Buck and Aikman are doing, because you're getting royalty for coverage.

We just established that Aikman was the top broadcaster last year as analyst in the booth. It's you that are talking about 2005. Go ahead and post your reference, if you would like.

Otherwise, I'm sorry if you can't follow simple facts.

And you have to be kidding me if you wouldn't jump at the opportunity to land Aikman as GM. He's seen everything, knows everything.

Aikman is a shitty broadcaster. Your SI reference is pandering biased garbage. I’m sorry you can’t think for yourself, but he sucks. And the concept of Troy Aikman as a gm is as terrible as what Denver was a going through now. I’m sorry you are stupid.

Agreed. Its funny how 2 former Cowboys QBs are complete opposites when it comes to their broadcasting career. Tony Romo is by far my favorite color commentator, and Aikman is HORRIBLE.

Almost always turn the sound down when watching game on TV. Remember listening to Butkus many years ago and he said that the national TV guys wanted him to hype up individual players, try to build up stars at the skill positions, make the game seem like it was a one on one matchup between one teams star player and the other teams star player ande ignore pretty much everything else that happens on the field. They follow that template to this day, it's Drew Brees vs Tom Brady, not Saints vs Pats. You learn very little by watching a national broadcast. Combine that with the fact that most of the national guys are charter member of Mike North's, "Lucky Sperm Club", and you have the steaming pile of feces which is the modern national NFL network TV broadcast.
