couldn't find a QB either. Had a chance to draft Joe Montana, took Willie Mcclendon instead. Thought they were set with the troika of Phipps, Avellini and Evans. Trades a number one pick for Phipps.

The one thing Nagy had going for him is the players seemed to play hard under him. But if he doesn't even have that now, need to find a new head coach
