Finks just couldn't seem to find a good head coach.

Their teams had a lot of talent, but Neill Armstrong wasn't the guy. And jack Pardee wasn't much better.

I wish the NBC crew would be more blunt about Pace's failure.

And I am so done with Chuck Pagano. The defence can't be tired after the bye week. And it can't be all because Hicks is out.

Wasn't Pagano a real POS during his time as Colts HC? or am I thinking of another guy.

couldn't find a QB either. Had a chance to draft Joe Montana, took Willie Mcclendon instead. Thought they were set with the troika of Phipps, Avellini and Evans. Trades a number one pick for Phipps.

The one thing Nagy had going for him is the players seemed to play hard under him. But if he doesn't even have that now, need to find a new head coach
