Pagano is 100% gone, I'm surprised it's not announced already, unless canning Nagy and the entire staff is on the table. I was really hoping Fangio would be out in Denver so we could get a reunion, but for someone unknown reason, he will suffer 1 more year as a head coach before he can return to his natural role as a defensive coordinator (Peter Principle).

There's a $10M dead cap hit by releasing Graham and Leno, but the net is $10M and most of that comes from Graham. A $3M net savings over the next 2 years may not be enough to cut Leno unless you definitely have a better replacement.

They can free up cap space (5 million) by cutting Massie, which is a formality. Trevathan is 13 million in dead money against the cap next year..for a second I thought it was fallout from the deal we lured him here from Denver on, but no, that bad contract was given out THIS offseason by Pace. He just can't remain the GM of this team anymore.

Keep him as a backup tackle or guard then, He can't start.

No 19-20 sack seasons like we have had in the past, I wonder how much of this is mobile QB's and game plans to "avoid the sack". Are the days of paying 20+ million to an elite rusher a thing of the past?

Most of the bad money is on defense. The production from Quinn and Mack this year was criminal. Floyd had more sacks than both combined. Eddie Jackson has mostly sucked since 2018 and he just got new money that makes him one of the highest paid safties in football.

Not sure if there are many attractive trade options on the D other than Fuller, other guys are too old, too expensive, and too nonproductive to move.

Was hoping Fangio would get launched in Denver because it is now obvious that he was one of the main reasons the team had so much success, but Pagano's D started looking a lot like Nagy's O, guys confused and out of position and poor play calling.

If Nagy does survive he has Lazor to thank, the offensive play calling improved dramatically once Nagy was removed from the role, come to think of it not sure what exactly Nagy does well as a head coach?

The team really needs to bring in a head guy to replace Phillips to get a true evaluation of what they currently have in place.

RAIDERS can easily free up around $50 million for 2021 with no cap hit or dead money.
