our garage door opener has been struggalin for the past year and finally gave up the ghost. the door likely needs some help to at some point. i bought a super fancy garage door opener. belt drive. very quiet.

ran 600' of no climb 4' fencing and built a 10x10 alpaca barn.

added shower walls (faux marble stuff) to a tub and painted that white stuff on the tub. putting lvt flooring in and wanescoating half the wall.

its been quite a month.

The fence company had an auger for the holes.

My wife has hundreds of pounds of that shit.

Put the new kitchen faucet in today. This project should've taken less than an hour to complete, but the old hardware was severely corroded under the sink and getting it off proved to be a pretty significant challenge. Fortunately, a couple rounds of penetrating oil and a new basin wrench ended up providing the right combination to get the job done--after about three hours.

Yeah, I had a similar experience again while trying to put in a new bathroom vanity Sunday and Monday. The old pipes were almost impossible to deal with, and I thought I was going to have to saw just about everything off. Fortunately, at the last second, I got the pipe to budge, removed it, and am now in the process of setting up a new configuration. This is basically a four-hour project that is going to end up taking me about twelve or fourteen hours when all the trips to the hardware store are included. Ugh.
