The initial report is that Paul Konerko sprained the MCL in his right knee. An MRI will be held tomorrow, but I think P.K.'s season will soon be over, just like Contreras, Quentin, Crede & Getz.

I know. But just looking at what he did I still say it's only a sprain. Just from watching football injuries I get a feel for these things. The knee didn't lock up. It gave in the grass. That's why I don't think he tore anything.
