They didn't even try on that 3rd down. I hope Dallas hangs 50 before it's over

At this point they’re doing what the Bears are doing and trying to run the clock out. Both teams know the score here

The Bears are just admitting their situation. There’s more dignity in it.

If someone is offering a 1st or a 2nd for Roquan you take that running to the bank this week. On a defense that nearly gives up 50, nobody is untouchable

You wouldn't take a 2nd rounder for Roquan today? He was in quicksand all game

The fact you'd think they'd get a first or second for him is the stupid part...

Again, thanks for proving the point...

You've stated here repeatedly that Poles is an idiot/sucks at his judge/bad judge of talent, and now you're citing a report that Poles is asking for two 1sts per a report.

You can't figure out why I agree with Seacrest that you understand stupid...

Gotta have extra firsts to move up to draft Justin (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky III.

I think the Bears should give Fields a Kyler Murray type contract. Why wait.

This game was fine. Entertaining, Fields played well, they lost…what more could you ask for?

I'd ask that guys on tv and the radio stop saying the defense gave up 49. They gave up 42. Thank you very much.

I guess played well is a relative term. Fields threw for 151 yds. He has thrown for less than 200 yds in 7 of 8 games (208 vs Vikings). He’s a great runner but that doesn’t cut it in todays NFL.

With anything concerning Fields , it certainly is

Look at him from the Lamar perspective. 150 plus whatever he had on the ground. 200+ all purpose yards, the TDs, etc. I'm not saying I'm in awe of it but that's what he is. The run threat opens up the pass.

Of course his running ability is a plus but they are already a good running team. The problem is when they get behind. It sounds good in theory, but so far that run threat hasn’t seemed to open up the pass.

It might. He’s just coming into his own as a runner. That helped the passing game today and he did a much better job of taking care of the ball.

Narrative coming in was that Parsons would murder him. I think he showed pretty well all things considered.

Jones and the running backs did a good job slowing down an injured Parsons.

If you are happy with 151 yds passing then more power to you.

If you're gashing the defense via the run you're going to have less passing yards. Big picture, they had 390 yards of offense not including neg yards for sacks. Fields accounted for 210 or so of those yards and 21 points. 29 points on Dallas in Dallas is a significant stat. We haven't seen 390 and 29 points in seemingly forever.
