The thing that makes no sense, is how this turned into a discussion about which teams failure to go further in the playoffs, was greater. The original premise, was that the Sox somehow ruined the season for the Cubs. Thats what was so phenomenally stupid. The Sox had no hand in the Cubs losing to the Dodgers. They had nothing to do with Dempster walking the park in game 1. Nor did they cause 5 different Cubs to commit errors in game 2. They had nothing to do with any of it. It was a monumentally stupid post. How it turned into which team failed to a greater extent is a wonder.
