didn't Mariota make the playoffs and complete a pass to himself defeating Alex Smith era Andy Reid's Chiefs in his first 3 seasons? He was at the end of his rookie deal status / year 5 when TN went to the AFC Championship game against Mahomes and lost.

Fields is at around 6674 yards thrown for his career.

Stroud threw for 61% of that total during his rookie year.

Agreed. It’s why I think watching them play matters much more than how they look at the combine or in private workouts. It’s probably the best thing you have to go off of, and it’s not a certainty
