(Pro Bowl QB) (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's Pro Bowl year is the standard for the Bears. It's a shame it was only one year.

Statistically it is, but you could see his computer didn't work well and he couldn't recognize a zone to save his life. He was also mentally fragile.

I beg Bears fans to just Google “Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky 2018 Tampa Bay” and watch him. Realize that even that wasn’t really good enough to sustain and think about how far Caleb Williams has to improve to get to that level. It’s not realistic.

Maybe many years from now he’ll have a Baker Mayfield outcome, but like Baker he will need to be seriously humbled before that can happen. He will never succeed in Chicago. Its fucking over.

I'm not saying it wasn't a great performance by Mitch, but please identify a single one of those throws that was on par with Caleb hitting Moore for the TD or Kmet up the seam. I'm pretty confident in saying that Williams could make each of the throws in that highlight reel, but Mitch couldn't make either of the ones Williams did yesterday.

I just watched a 5 minute highlight clip to refresh. He was good. Mostly hit wide open guys but did so accurately. Didn’t see any anticipation throws in that 5 minutes so I’ll stand on my point re: Caleb’s processing superiority.

If (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky played every year like he did that second year we'd have him as the best Bears QB of all time right now.

He regressed especially when Nagy decided he shouldn't run.
