Williams has an insane arm. I’d never heard anybody who watches football suggest otherwise before this year. I think most of the Fields cult are size queens.

It’s not completely dissimilar from Kyler Murray, though he’s more of an outlier in terms of height. I read a critique of Williams pre draft that called him a “taller Kyler Murray” like that was a bad thing.

I get the Kyler Murray comp, though Caleb probably isn't as quick. Both of them produce powerful throws with relatively compact throwing motions. To his credit Fields has a rocket for an arm as well, but like other slow-throwers in Bears history (Grossman, Cutler), and in the infamous words of an unfortunate Scoreboard Update guy, "He has a long, slow delivery that allows safeties to jump all over his balls" (or something comical like that).

Justin Fields' first four games with the Pittsburgh Steelers have shown he's the real deal. His athletic ability and improved decision-making allows him to put up points for the team even when the rest of the 53-man roster is falling apart around him, either from mental mistakes, poor execution, or plain old injuries.

The first two weeks of the year, Fields was hobbled by a playbook that the team was clearly not utilizing fully. In fairness, that made sense at the time. Nobody knew Fields would look this good and the Steelers began the year playing good defenses, and especially against Atlanta's two All-Pro safeties that led to Fields
