Caleb Williams is the curator of the league's worst 1st Quarter offense. Which is why his "late Gane heroics" are essentially meaningless.
Caleb Williams 1st Quarter stats through 12 games in his rookie season:
42/67, 62%, 393 yards, 1 TD 0 INT, 83.7 Passer Rating
Justin Fields 1st Quarter stats through 15 games in his second season, including an 8 game losing streak during which LTG proudly proclaimed that Fields isn't a bust and is worth building around:
50/76, 65%, 549 yards, 3 TD 3 INT, 83.7 Passer Rating
If Caleb doesn't watch out his record this year will only be 1 game better than Field's record was that year. A year when the Bears were clearly tanking. Well clear to everyone but your dumbass that is!
I wasn't comparing wins and losses between the two of them, I was comparing their performances in the first quarter of games in seasons where they played a similar number of games. And actually come to think of it Justin's rookie season is probably a better comp, because he played in only 2 fewer games than Caleb has now instead of benefitting from playing in 3 more games than Caleb, so let's look at Justin's 1st quarter numbers from his 10-start rookie season:
29/49, 59%, 353 yards, 0 TD 3 INT, 55.9 Passer Rating.
You want to say that Caleb's performance in the 1st quarter of games somehow negates his performance later in games, which is already batshit insane, so you can pretend that his stats in the 1st quarter are all he is as a player. However you don't want to dismiss Justin Fields as bad because of his similar, and as a rookie, much much worse, performance in that split relative to Caleb Williams. It's almost like you're not being entirely honest and arguing in good faith.

And by the way buffoon. Over/Under on Caleb reaching Fields TOTAL Touchdown count from that season while you're stat gazing with your dumbass?
Why are you trying to compare TD totals between a rookie QB and a guy who was in his second year in the NFL? But to your question, this team is in such shambles it's entirely possible guys like Allen and Moore clock out and reduce the dynamics of the offense so they have to rely on droppy Rome and Cole Kmet, which would make getting to Justin's 25 TD mark a very tough road. But I think Caleb has shown such rapid progression in his last 3 games that in normal circumstances with a team that didn't just fire the head coach for completely losing the locker room and getting into shouting matches with veterans, he certainly has the ability to rack up 10 TDs in 5 games. He's generated 5 in his last 2 starts.
