I would put Fox's trade value right now at "luke warm". Half the teams in MLB would have close to no interest in giving anything up for him......

What the hell does 'luke warm' mean anyway? How did someone come up with that term?

If the Cubs are giving up on him as a fielder, it makes all the sense in the world to try to trade him. The problem is that other teams are unlikely to make a big offer for a rookie with less than 20 MLB games under his belt. Even when we get to the trading deadline and the Cubs are out of it, I don't think any team will offer enough that the Cubs would bite on the deal.
