Props to Nas for his Grossman support.
If Nostradamus weren't already taken as a screen name, Nastradamus would surely have to change his to that. Great call, Nas!
I do have to say, though, that I was surprised by two things yesterday:
1)Seattle seemed to have a relatively simple game plan. They didn't seem to change coverages much or have a varied blitz package. I don't think I saw any zone blitzing, though I could be wrong. The Vikings game showed that Grossman will make stupid decisions when under consistent pressure. On the other hand, Grossman has also shown that he will kill you if given adequate time to throw the ball. When Seattle saw that its front 4 wasn't doing the job, their D coordinator should have changed things up. Bad game plan.
2)I am absolutely shocked that teams aren't trying much harder to bump Berrian at the line. If he has demonstrated anything in his NFL career thus far, it's that he can run by defenders with ease on deep patterns. You need to chuck the guy at the line or he will burn you for huge yardage at least once per game. Why defenses continue to play soft on him is a mystery to me.
