I have no problem with Neckbeard.

That being said, Jay had a great 3rd quarter. (Jets weren't shabby either)

I was never a big fan of Orton, but he has proven to be a viable NFL QB. I do not miss him at all however.

No. Jay's potential is way higher than Orton's. Like what the Bears have and it can only get better.

Cutler & Knox vs. Orton and the other slugs Denver drafted.

I opt for chin bandage and Knox.

Discuss.

Seacrest wishes the Bears had the Rev. Tebow under center.

No discussion really necessary. Did the Bears pick become Tebow for Denver?

I say take Podium and Kevin Knox.

How about Jack Webb to Bernard Berrian?

NearWessSideHussra has been pretty quiet about it all lately, but he was always sucking Ortons cock awhile back. But he also said there was no way the Blackhawks could win the cup, it was the year of the Eastern Conference.

I wish you were traded to Denver for anything or anyone they want to send back.

I wish we still had Orton. He'd be a better back-up than Collins. Yes I know they were traded for each other. Hell I'd rather have Sexy Rexy than Collins.

Agreed. Especially if the league goes to an 18 game regular season. The Bears were flying without a net this season having nothing viable in terms of a backup QB. They've gotten away with it this season, might not be so lucky going forward. Also, maybe they could take Cutler out for a quarter at the end of blowout games if they had a backup QB they somewhat trusted to finish out the game without throwing a grip of picks.

yeah, actually the chicago bar scene and lindsay lohan miss him. if i'm not mistaken, a drunken kyle orton danced with lindsay lohan at a club to which she remarked "he's hot."

jay cutler is a VIP section bigtime heavy-hitter douchebag by all accounts. my favorite account was one night at the rainbo club at division/damen (it's not technically a gay bar, although there are indeed a lot of hipsters there and i think a good % of them are in denial... there's plenty of hot hetero female ass there) some blonde chick who saw me wearing my bears 13 (B) hat comes up to me and goes "BEARS! HEY BEARS! YEAH! JAY CUTLER! I'M FROM DENVER! JAY CUTLER IS A burrito!!!!"

after offering her a cookie for her accomplishment in the field of hometown excellence, she proceeds to tell me a story where she had moved out here roughly around the time that jay cutler moved out here (coincidence? you the reader decide). right after the trade he was out here scouting talent in the local nightlife scene, and she spotted him leaving a downtown club undoubtedly en route to the next one. she proceeds to bumrush him and go "HEY JAY CUTLER! JAY! JAY! HEY I'M FROM DENVER!" to which he, like me, is like "uh huh..." and seeing as he wasn't immediately getting the message she grabbed his hands and put them on her breasts and said "let's go baby" to which jay was just like "uhmmm.... i have to go" and promptly left her in the dust.

this, according to the girl, was irrefutable evidence that indeed, jay cutler is some sort of "flaming burrito." while i stopped to postulate just how much pussy someone like jay cutler TURNS DOWN, i couldn't help but literally LOL at the face of her boyfriend who stood there aghast at the realization that his girl was that much more of a total whore than he thought she was, now knowing that she would literally leave flaming delorean tracks on the ground heading over to any professional athlete who would give her the time of day.

PAGING BEN ROETHLISBERGER, WHERE YOU AT FAM?!!?

but yeah, by all accounts kyle orton is a good guy who doesn't afraid of anything, and whereas jay cutler is too big and important to deal with random whores, kyle orton would crack open a fifth of jack and get down with you. he will be missed.

If Orton played a full season he would have had much better statistics than Cutler. Orton wasn't benched for a lack of production. He was benched because they stupidly drafted a QB in the first round and had to see what they had. One of them will be traded in the offseason and Orton will be starting somewhere next year and will have better statistics than Cutler.

As an Orton fan I'm hopeful that he is traded to Minnesota next year. As a Bears fan I'm not because that team would be better than the Bears with him. Arizona and Miami are also both possible destinations for him. That would be easier to root for him as they aren't in the division.

Cutler was great for a quarter yesterday. He was the best QB in the league for that quarter.

In November he has 8 touchdowns and 1 interception. Keep saying this though.

I would rather have Orton + 2 first round draft picks. Orton will put up numbers consistent with a top ten QB again next year. When Jay Cutler significantly outperforms that come and talk. Until then just enjoy both QB's like I am.

The trade will ultimately be looked at as a deal that didn't hurt either side and the winner is subjective unless either Cutler or Orton becomes a top 5 QB.

Don't have Cutler fight the battles that Grossman couldn't cgs.

For the third year in a row, Cutler throws more Touchdowns than Orton's career high.

I always think of BR as pretty logical but love when his meatballedness takes over. That is what football is about, my friends.

Both are pretty quality QBs in their own right.
Orton bashers: "Who made Brandon Lloyd a strong All-Pro candidate this season?"
Cutler bashers: "Someone had a 100-plus QB rating against one of the best pass defenses in the league".
Cutler can make more plays with his feet, but Orton is a better decision-maker.

Your thoughts are sometimes as bad as cubbiegirlshamus. Try something a little better than "meatballedness" and "You just hate Jay Cutler".

The Bears getting Johnny Knox with the pick in the Orton deal, makes this a net win for the Bears.

And let's not forget, that Denver was so sure about Orton that they sent two AND Peyton Hillis to the Browns for Brady Quinn.

Except for yardage stastically they are close aren't they?

Orton is not playing a full season and he hasn't been the same this year since he hurt his ribs in the SF game. He often doesn't play a full season or at least one that his performance isn't hampered by injury and that goes back to his college days.

A lot of his stat this year are padded by garbage. They were down by 2 or 3 TDs early in games. Their record was what 3-9?

MN would become a better team with him but it's not as if everybody should hand the division over to MN because of him. You are a meatball when it comes to Orton and I love it.

Time will tell if this was a good trade...Cutler is still not what I think he is or want him to be. I hope he gets there but giving up or keeping Orton was not what would have hurt the Bears, it's the high draft picks.

Since the trade the Bears are 18-13 with a division championship while the Broncos are 12-19 with a fired coach and team in total disarray. Bears win Broncos lose.

I like how people are valuing Johnny Knox, while devaluing First Rd Picks.

Johnny Knox is officially overrated by the CSFMB

My pet peeve is that people think because the Broncos drafted Knowshon Moreno and Demaryius Thomas with the Bears picks, somehow those are exactly the players the Bears would have ended up with had they kept the picks.

Using this short sighted logic, the Vikings WON the Herschel Walker trade
