Started 152, now 153. I've been working out like a madman the last 4-5 weeks and have gotten MUCH stronger but apparently can't gain weight anymore. Pissing me off. Have to start loading up on the protein I guess.

That's going to fluxuate though. I could probably get weighed in the afternoon and I'l be plus or minus 150 by two pounds in some direction.

Still using the creatine? I used this for a year (3 months on, 3 months off and so on) when I worked out in college. I went from about 170ish to a little over 190. I couldn't believe something that worked so well wouldn't have some negative effects so I stopped taking it. Drink lots of water and be careful.

Went to Y on 63rd and Stony on Saturday (Nas declined free invite   ), was down to 206 after workout, ate some bad (but good) food and back up to about 210. Goal is 195 by Nov 22.

Yay beer!!!
That week is actually a success.
I survived a B-day dinner, the World Series, and the next batch of my dad's home made smoked polish sausage without a weight gain.

So, how much is that? Infinity? I feel thinner.

Bummer too because I think I did lose a couple pounds.

I just cycled back on. I think you're more worried about creatine than I am; I've never heard anything negative about it. The one thing you need to remember is that a lot of the weight gained is water weight, so that inflates it somewhat, although you will see other gains as well. Still, it took creatine to get my set weight from 125 to 150, I'm wondering how much further I can go.

Always finish weight workouts with a relatively low intensity cardio for 30-45 minutes. Lift every other day and do one hour of a similar cardio in between. Pick a type of creatine that doesn't require a cycling. This will keep you relatively free of overbloated water weight and shrinkage when you cycle off.

I've always done the opposite on the premise that my weight lifting will be in "aerobic mode" after half an hour on the treadmill. Might have to start mixing it up after reading the above.

That's perfectly fine. What you want is to stay there for a while after you're done with weights.

Started 208 and down to 201 today.

Not eating much but a bagel in the morning and a power bar for lunch while walking all day long will take it off quickly.

That's because the Power bar makes you take a power dump.

But in all seriousness, good work, just make sure you don't screw with your metabolism too bad (this coming from the guy that's +4 this week).
